When should I arrive?
While we always plan to advise you of your recommended Check-In times on your tickets we would suggest in most cases that you arrive between two and three hours prior to departure depending on the duration of your flight.
Please note that ultimately it is down to you the passenger to make sure you arrive allowing sufficient time to make your way from the Check-In desk, through security and all the way to the airport gate. If Check-In has been closed for your flight or you are late to the gate, the airline will not wait for you and we will not be liable. Please expect Check-In to close 60 minutes prior to departure.
Please arrive at the departure gate no later than 25 minutes before departure, failure to do so may result in the airline removing your luggage from the aircraft and further more may result in denied boarding.
Which terminal?
Information on terminals can be found in our Customer Info section on this website.
Where are my Tickets?
All our flights currently require paper tickets to check-in.
Tickets are despatched for the majority of bookings by e-mail for passengers to print off.
If you have not received them within 7 days of travel we recommend you contact your travel agent or us if you booked direct.
If booking within 5 days of departure, we will still attempt to e-mail tickets but as a backup you may be given the option to collect your ticket from your departure point.
