+ How do I sign up as an Agent?
Please visit our website www.kissflights.com and click on the ‘Travel Agents Sign Up Here’ button. Simply download the forms and post them off to us. Once we have processed and accepted your request, we will issue you with account details including user name and passwords to allow you to book via our website and Viewdata.
+ What is your deposit and payment structure for Agents?
We offer a low deposit Scheme for Travel Agents. This is charged at £80 per passenger, excluding infants. The remaining balance is then due twelve weeks prior to departure. If booking within twelve weeks the full balance will be required at time of booking. Payment will be collected by direct debit.
+ Can I combine hold luggage allowance?

+ How can I make sure passengers are seated together?
We offer the option to purchase Group Seating. This will guarantee the party on a booking will be sitting in adjacent seats within the aircraft. This service must be added at least four days prior to departure. If you have booked your flights via a travel agent, you will need to contact them to add this service. For pricing and further details please visit the Travel Extras section of our website.
+ What catering arrangements will be available on my flight?
The majority of carriers we use, including Viking Airlines (VIK), operate a ‘buy on board’ service. This means that you will be able to purchase food items direct from the airline during the flight. To check which kind of food service will apply to your flights, please visit the ‘Flight Catering’ section from the Customer Info page on our website.
+ When will my flight Tickets be despatched?
All our flights currently require paper tickets to check-in.
Tickets are despatched for the majority of bookings by e-mail for passengers to print off.
If you have not received them within 7 days of travel we recommend you contact your travel agent or us if you booked direct.
If booking within 5 days of departure, we will still attempt to e-mail tickets but as a backup you may be given the option to collect your ticket from your departure point.
+ Which Terminal will my flight depart from?
Terminal information will be displayed on your tickets. You can also find this information on the ‘Which Terminal?’ section from the Customer Info page on our website.
+ What are your rules for unaccompanied minors?
Unaccompanied minors will not be accepted for travel. The age of an unaccompanied minor will be set by the carrier you are flying with and outlined in their own terms and conditions. Please contact us to check this prior to booking. Unaccompanied minors need to travel with a responsible adult of 18 years or over. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings where by this criteria is not met, and shall not be liable for refusal of carriage by the carrier for any associated costs.
Example: Viking Airlines (VIK coded flights) will not accept anyone under the age of 16 to travel without being accompanied by a responsible adult of 18 years or over.
+ I am an expectant Mother can I travel?
From the 28th Week of Pregnancy you will be required to present a medical certificate at check-in which needs to state your stage of pregnancy and confirms that you are fit to fly. From the 33rd week of pregnancy you will not be permitted to fly.
+ Is Smoking permitted onboard?
Smoking is not permitted onboard any of the flights we provide.
+ Are you ATOL protected?
Kiss Flights, a trading name of Flight Options Ltd, holds ATOL licence number 4233.
+ Will I be subject to a late booking fee?
Bookings made within 14 days of departure will be subject to a late booking fee of £15 per seat/person, excluding infants.
This is due to additional administration processes affecting bookings made closer to departure.
+ Do you require Advanced Passenger Information ?
Advanced Passenger Information (API), if required by the country you are travelling to, will be collected at check-in by the airline you are flying with.
+ I have received Tickets by e-mail can I print them in colour or black and white?
Yes. Tickets can be presented to check-in either printed in colour of black and white. They must be printed clearly so the check-in staff can read them.
+ Do I need to reconfirm my flights 24 hours prior to departure with you ?
It is not a requirement to call us within 24 hours to reconfirm your flights with us. Please arrive at check-in at least two hours prior to departure.
+ I have received a Kiss Flights Invoice but I booked through a Travel Agent, why is this ?
In some cases your travel agent may be duty bound to provide you with a copy of the invoice we sent to them as this will act as an ATOL receipt. In the unlikely event that we were to cease trading, you may be required to present this document to the Civil Aviation Authority as evidence of flights booked under our ATOL licence. Please retain it for your records.
We advise that you do check the flight details and passenger names and advise your travel agent if details differ from those expected.
Please also note that the balance due date, amount paid to date, and value of the flights showing on our invoice may differ from that which is arranged between you and your travel agent. Should you have any questions regarding the financial aspect of your booking, please contact your travel agent.
