Flight Extras can be easily added to your existing booking. Please call our Customer Services team for more information.

If you have booked your seats via a Travel Agent then please contact them to add these services to your booking. Please note that they may choose to charge differently.

The Flight Extras we can offer may vary depending on the airline you are flying with. Therefore we cannot guarantee all services and optional extras will be available to you.

Flight Extras

Hold Luggage

For those passengers requiring hold luggage, you will be given the option to add this at time of booking.
The following rates currently apply on a per person basis.
20KGS (maximum one bag) £18 Return / £9 Each Way
25KGS (maximum two bags) £68 Return / £34 Each Way - Viking VIK/VKH flights only
30KGS (maximum two bags) £118 Return / £59 Each Way - Viking VIK/VKH flights only
Please note that it is not possible to allocate hold luggage for infants.
You can still add hold luggage after your booking has been confirmed, prior to day of departure, if we receive sufficient time to process your request.
If you booked through a travel agent, you will need to contact them with your request. Your travel agent may choose to charge different rates.

Group Seating

For passengers looking for that guaranteed arrangement of sitting together in adjacent seats within the aircraft.
Group Seating £10 per person (return)
This service if selected will be applied to all passengers on the booking (excluding infants).
If you booked through a travel agent, you will need to contact them with your request. Your travel agent may choose to charge different rates.

Extra Legroom Seating

For passengers looking for that extra sense of comfort onboard.
Currently extra legroom seat upgrades can only be added by contacting the airline you will be flying with directly.

Sports Equipment

We can provide the following rates for carriage of sports equipment onboard Viking Airlines VIK/VKH flights only. Requests must be received at least four days before departure. If you have booked through a travel agent, please contact them with your enquiry. Our pricing is currently as follows but your travel agent may charge differently.
Golf Clubs £44 return (per set)
Bicycle £44 return (per bike)
Surf / Wind / Kite Surf Board £44 return (per board)
