Requesting special assistance or notifying us of your requirement to take a wheelchair is a straight forward process.

You can download and print the Assistance Request Form found on this page and once complete submit it to us by e-mail at customerservices@kissflights.com or fax to 0871 737 4156. You are also welcome to call us.

We require all requests to be received by us no later than three working days prior to the departure of your outbound flight.

We will endeavour to meet your request. If we are unable to we will of course notify you as soon as possible.
